Chief Executive Officer Abel Noser Holdings
Ted oversees all activities of the company, drawing upon over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. Ted joined Abel Noser in July 2007 as Chief Operating Officer of Abel Noser Solutions. Prior to this, Ted worked in the Capital Markets practice at Accenture for 13 years where he held a variety a technical and management positions, eventually becoming the relationship manager for some of Accenture’s largest capital markets clients. Ted holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Columbia University.

Prior to becoming Chairman, James served as president of Abel Noser Solutions at its inception in 2007 when Abel/Noser Corp. spun off its IT division to create an independent firm. James joined Abel Noser in 1990 and has held several positions including trading assistant, sales representative and head of production. Before leading Abel Noser Solutions, James was head of all software projects at the firm. James graduated with a B.A. from Duke University.

As President of Abel Noser Solutions, Peter leads the firm’s Trade Cost Analytics efforts and related products. Prior to this, he was Abel Noser's EVP responsible for global sales. Peter has provided trade consulting to some of the world's leading investment advisors, asset owners, brokers and hedge funds. Before his tenure at ANS, he was a partner at The Equinox Fund, a trader at The Broad Street Fund, and worked at Abelow Ihasz; all N.Y. based hedge funds. Additionally, he has served as an adjunct professor at the Pension Institute at George Washington University. Peter holds a B.A. from Villanova University.

As President of Abel Noser, LLC, Anthony leads the brokerage and transition management arms of the firm. Anthony started his career in finance over 30 years ago as a sales trader with Shearson Lehman Brothers. He moved onto managing director positions at Soros Fund Management, Bankers Trust Company, Merrill Lynch Asset Management and Bank of NY Convergex as Head of Global Trading. Anthony graduated with a B.S. in Finance from St. John's University.
Chief Technology Officer Abel Noser Solutions
As CTO, Randy oversees the technology, development and operations groups supporting both Abel Noser Solutions and the broker dealer Abel Noser, LLC. Randy has over 25 years of experience managing technology in the finance industry at Abel Noser and Norwest (Wells Fargo). He holds a B.S. in Technology Management from Devry University.

As Chief Financial Officer, Matt is responsible for all financial reporting and audit functions for the firm. Prior to joining Abel Noser, Matt managed finances at KGS-Alpha Capital Markets, Cortview Capital Securities, and NOVA Capital Markets. Before that, Matt worked at Brokerage America, Deutche Bank’s National Discount Brokers Group and Cantor Fitzgerald Securities. Matt graduated from Wilkes University with a B.S. in Accounting.

As Chief Compliance Officer, Ed brings over 30 years of financial services management and capital markets trading experience to our compliance program. His practical knowledge and understanding of the securities business are a critical asset in the current regulatory environment. Prior to Abel Noser, Ed was a senior level executive with TD Securities (US Markets Compliance), and Jefferies and Company. Ed carries the following securities registrations: Series 3,4,5,7,8,14,15,24,57,63,87, and 99.

Takashi has focused on investing in the financial services industry with an emphasis on the asset and wealth management industries (including related businesses such as outsourced solutions, distribution and operational platforms) as either a private equity investor or strategic acquirer. Prior to Estancia, Takashi was a senior member of Cedar Hill Capital Partners, a financial services sector focused alternative asset management firm. Previous to that, he was a member of Morgan Stanley’s Firm Strategy and Execution Group. Takashi holds a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania.
In addition to being on our board, Dana is on the board of Snowden Lane Partners, and a board observer at Redwood Investments, LLC. Dana, currently a VP at Estancia Capital Management, has over the years worked at United Capital Financial Advisers, Grail Partners, CCP Equity Partners, and Putnam Lovell NBF. He holds a degree in finance from Fairfield University.
Don serves as an independent director, board member, strategic advisor and private investor with numerous public, private and non-profit organizations. His leadership capabilities emanate from a successful career in financial services (banking, asset management, mutual funds, private equity, real estate and private wealth management) that includes being President of Wells Fargo Securities and Head of Mutual Funds, CEO of Bessemer Trust, and Head of Private Wealth Management at Morgan Stanley. Don holds an M.A. in Economics from the University of Southern California and a B.A. in Economics from Whittier College.
Stanley Abel and Gene Noser co-founded Abel Noser in 1975 with the goal of becoming a leader in conflict-free, low cost trading. At the time, it was a radical proposition which upset the status-quo of the traditional brokerage firm model. In their words, they "created a better mouse trap, developing effective trading cost analyses to show we were delivering value." Four decades later, Abel Noser has continued to deliver the same value proposition. Gene and Stanley "passed the baton" to existing management in the Fall of 2016.
Stanley and Gene continue to serve as valued advisors to the firm they started.
